Inbound planning guide

Amazon FBA Freight Forwarding from China

An Amazon FBA inbound move connects factory readiness, product preparation, freight, customs and an appointment-based destination. Each handoff should be checked against the current shipment plan.

Start from the shipment plan

Confirm destination, carton count, box dimensions, weights, SKU quantities and required labels. Recheck the plan if quantities or packaging change before pickup.

Prepare cartons and products

Define product labels, carton labels, packing rules, bundle or polybag work and any inspection evidence. Record who approves the completed preparation.

Plan customs and delivery

State the importer and customs scope, then confirm how delivery appointments, palletization, proof of delivery and rejected or delayed loads are handled.

Keep an exception file

Store the approved plan, labels, packing list, invoice, photos, booking details and delivery evidence together. Assign ownership for discrepancies, relabeling and refused appointments.
